Finding the Products You Want, the main products
sold are DVDs. There are many different ways to
find the specific titles or products you want.
Once you've found the title you want, click on
the picture or on the title link of that product
and you'll be linked to a page that fully describes
the product and allows you to order it by simply
clicking the "Add to Cart" button. You
may also add products to your cart from the search
were you will find "Add to Cart" link
on the right.
Using the Shopping Cart
Once you've found an item that you may want to purchase, you must put it in your shopping cart. By doing so, you are not obligated to purchase it; just like a conventional retailer, you may remove it from your shopping cart at any time (more on that later).
To place an item in your shopping cart, simply click on the highlighted caption "Add to Cart" on the product detail page. You may also add products to your cart from the search were you will find "add to the cart" link on the right. At this point, you'll simply be adding the item to a list that may be changed at any time, or cancelled if you decide not to purchase anything.
If you're not completely sure you want to purchase a product, you can still put it in the cart and later delete it before completing your purchase by clicking on the small "x" next to the product in the shopping cart. If you would like to order more than one copy of a title, simply change the quantity in cart before completing your order and click on the "update cart" for the cart to adjust the quantities and amount.

Using Coupons
Simply shop as you normally would, putting the items you want to buy in your shopping cart. At the bottom of the Adult DVD Explorer shopping cart page, Enter Coupon to redeem and Click "APPLY". The appropriate discount will then be applied to your cart showing you the discount. You may use one coupon at a time and cannot mix coupons. You may "overwrite" a coupon by entering another coupon code and click "APPLY". You must redeem your coupon at the time you place your order. Orders will not be modifed after you place it. The value of the coupon is not applicable towards shipping and taxes. If you change your order and the order remains within the minimum required by the coupon, your discount will be recalculated. However if you cancel a product from your order and you are not meeting the minimum order required your coupon dicsount will be removed from your order.

Using the Wish List
For your convenient we have added "Wish List" feature. Create a Wish List for a birthday, an anniversary, or a holiday--or just because--then share it with family and friends. Find an item you'd like to include on your Wish List. Select the "Add to Wish List" button. The item will be added to your Wish List. You can now invite friends and family by sending them portions or all of your "Wish List" via e-mail.

Save the Cart
For your convenience the "Save the Cart" feature is automatically enabled when you are logged in and adding item(s) to your cart. You are no longer have to fear losing your cart selection. With "Save the Cart" feature you can collect item(s) to your cart and as as long as you are logged in it save your cart selection(s) automatically. Cart can be retrieved and saved from ANY computer as long as you logged in. "Saved item(s)" can be retrieve to you cart at time at ant time by login to your account followed by "View Cart". There you will have the choice to remove an item from your Saved Cart, click Remove. To check out an item(s) just click on the "Check Out" button.

California residents get FREE shipping no minimum. Free shipping is being shipped via USPS.

DVDExplorer Stock Statuses give you “Real Time” knowledge of every piece of inventory that we carry to help you when making your buying decisions.
In Stock: Ships Immediately
Product is In Stock at our warehouse, ready for immediate shipment if ordered before 3pm EST (displayed during Empire business hours).
On Order
Product is out of stock at our warehouse, and has been ordered from the appropriate vendor. "On Order" product is regularly stocked and will be replenished ASAP. Average time to re-stock is 3-7 business days after the product goes out of stock.

Before you place an order with us, you must register
with us. We understand how valuable your time
is and our registration has been designed to take
up not more than a few minutes of your time. Once
you have registered with us, you need not give
your address and credit card details on future
visits to our shop. This will save you the trouble

From time to time we will be sending you a newletter specifing our new releases, DVD reviews, and of course our specials and coupns. If you don't eish to be subscribe to our news letter you may remove yourself by login to "My Acccount" page by clicking on "My Account" link, at the top right of every page. Click on "Edit My Profile" and at the end of the page you will find our newsletter options.

Order Status / Order History
For your convenient please find you order(s) history. Orders are sorted by 'order date' and 'order number' followed by the order amount and the “status”.
'Open' orders are orders in which we have received successfully and are awaiting to be processed. “Cancelled” order(s) are order(s) in which we have canceled per your request and therefore were not charged. “Back Order” are order(s) in which are awaiting shipment when stock. “Close” order(s) are order(s) in which are complete and by clicking on the closed order(s) number an associate sales Invoice will appear along with the tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number link should open a window with your detailed tracking information and delivery schedule day. And clicking on the Sales Invoice will display you your final detailed order.
We work very hard in maintaining sufficient inventory level to cater all of shopping needs; however, from time to time you may have “Closed” orders(s) status with “Back Order” pending which will be shipped to you when stock arrives. By clicking on the “Back Order” link you should see the awaiting item(s).

Our standard method of delivery is US Priority
Mail, a 2 days service (under normal circumstances),
for US customers, and US Air Mail 4-10 days service
(under normal circumstances), for International

How do you ship?
Our standard method of delivery is US Priority Mail, a 2 day service (under normal circumstances), for US customers, and US Air Mail 4-10 days service (under normal circumstances), for International customers. These shipments are delivered Monday - Friday. Sales tax is charged only for residents of Rhode Island, everyone else gets a break they won't receive at their local retailer. Since Rhode Island residents are being cahrged with a sales tax we thought that it was only fair to provide them with FREE US Standard Mail shipping (only in Rhode Island). US Priority shippment in RI is 1-2 days service. Orders that are received before 15:00 PM Eastern Time Monday - Friday (excluding legal Holidays) and are "in stock" will be shipped the same day. All orders received after 15:00 PM Eastern Time will usually ships the following day (business day). If your order is placed at exactly 15:00 PM Eastern Time then our shipping department will decide if it will be possible to ship your order that same day or if it will have to wait until the following business day. Orders ship from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding legal Holidays.
If you have a special shipping request, please use the "Special Instructions" section in our order form.
US Air Mail (International Mail) service is NOT guaranteed. This means that if the package is lost, arrives damaged, or vandalized we will NOT send you a replacement order at no cost to you.

Finding the Products You Want
Browse the items on our home page. This is the first screen you see when you arrive at our store. We feature our best sellers, new arrivals, and on sale items. If you see the name of a movie that interests you, simply click on the highlighted link to go directly to the item. On the product detail page, we show all the information relating to that item and an image of the package.
Search by Title, Actor, and Director. If you know the specific title of the DVD you want, or the name of your favorite actor or actress, enter the title or name into “Search” on the top left side of each page followed by “GO” and you will be taken directly to a page with the features of that DVD title.
Browse by genre. Let's say you are interested in looking for "Anal" titles. Simply click on the "Anal" category link on the left side of the page. You'll be linked to a new page and see all the titles under the "Anal" section. By clicking on any product listed on the page, you'll be linked to the product detail page. You can place the title into your shopping cart from the product detail page by clicking on "Add to Cart", the link is just under the image at the product detail page.
Browse by studio. If you have a favorite studio producing DVDs you can narrow your search to see what additional DVD’s they have to offer. Go to “Studio” on the left side of our home page and simply connect to the studio of your choice and you will be provided a list of all DVDs that studio has to offer.
Browse by category. Let's say you are looking for "Gonzo" DVDs. Simply click on the "Gonzo" category link on the left side of the page. You'll be linked to a new page and see all the titles under the "Gonzo" section. By clicking on any product listed on the page, you'll be linked to the product detail page. You can place the title into your shopping cart from the product detail page by clicking on "Add to Cart", the link is just under the image at the product detail page.

Backorders and Preorders
A product that you may wish to order may be temporarily out of stock (on order) or may not yet have been released (pre-release). You can still order these items and they will be shipped as soon as the product is delivered to us. As with all purchases from Adult DVD Explorer, your credit card is never charged until a product is shipped to you.

Ordering by Mail or Fax
We also accept money orders, cashiers checks, travelers check, and certified checks. If you'd like to pay with a check, browse the store and add the title(s) you wish to buy and print the CART content to your local printer. Than click on the CHECKOUT followed by ACCOUNT SETUP. In the account setup just type in the appropriate information and print it to your local printer. Please mail the CART content and the ACCOUNT SETUP page with your payment. Also do not forget to add the appropriate shipping cost. Upon the receipt of your order, we will notify you via e-mail and process your order. Price Changes
Our product prices are always subject to change without notice. The price for the product you wish to order is set at the time of your order; however, we do not charge your credit card until the product is shipped to you. Return Policies
We understand that you may not always be completely satisfied with your purchase, and in some instances may need to return a product to us. With this in mind we have done our best to make returning a product as easy and convenient as possible. The following is our policies with respect to returns as well as instructions on how to return a product to us.
We have a 30 day return policy, subject to the following conditions: Sealed merchandise may be returned for an exchange or store credit, and defective product will be replaced with the same title purchased. Unfortunately, once you watch a film, even if you don't like it, we can't take it back.
