What is your billing policy?
Please note your credit card will be charged at the time of order.
Out of respect for the privacy and security of our customers, AdultDVDExplorer Networks does not maintain customer credit card information thus we charge your card at the time of purchase. For your safety, all transactions are conducted through and recorded by a secure 3rd party credit card processor. If for any reason you wish to cancel your purchase or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will issue you an immediate refund.

How will my package be shipped?
All orders are shipped in sealed packages. There is absolutely no indications on the packaging that the contents are adult goods. The return address is labeled as Amazing Networks,LLC. not as the adult website company or by a url.

What will the charge look like on my credit card?
The charge will be labeled as Amazing Networks, LLC. There will be no indication that you have purchased adult goods on your credit card statement. Has my order shipped?
We do our best to ship all orders within a 1 to 3 days of receipt. Please note all the warehouses are closed on Saturdays and Sunday. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.

How do I track my order?

How much is shipping?
Shipping and Handling costs for U.S. orders are based on standard US Post Office rates plus a handling fee. We also offer express shipping. When you proceed to checkout all shipping options and fees will be displayed based on your shipping destination, allowing you to choose the method you most prefer.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
We are required to collect Sales Taxes and remit such collections to the Rhode Island Sales Tax Commission from all Rhode Island residents. If you are not a resident of Rhode Island you will not be charged Sales Taxes.

Back Order
Title is not carried on a day to day basis, but is available from the studio. Product will be requested at time of order. Delivery time varies by studio and some back catalog titles may take 1-6 weeks for delivery.

Pre-Release
Title has not yet been released. Orders may be placed to reserve copy of title . The product will be shipped when it is released.

Special Order
This item must be special ordered. Will e-mail with shipping date.

How do I get a copy of my invoice for customs?

What zone are your DVDs? Will they work in my country?
All are DVDs are Zone 0. This zone plays in every country of the world. Enjoy!

APO/FPO ORDERS

All APO/FPO orders that weigh more than 16 ounces will be shipped on the Friday of the week they are ordered. Because of weight restrictions on packages sent to military installations packages weighing over 16 ounces have to be shipped from a post office with a USPS meter stamp on it.

RETURNS

I received the wrong item, what do I do?
If you received an item you did not order, please accept our apologies. We will gladly correct this error by sending you out the proper item. Simply send back the incorrect item, with a note, and a copy of your invoice. The AdultDVDExplorer Networks Returns department will make every effort to handle it the same day. If you have lost your invoice, send us the first 12 digits of the credit card used in the transaction so that we will be able to identify you.

I received a defective product, what do I do?
Unfortunately, a very small percentage of tapes, dvds or cds can be defective. If this happens, all you need to do is simply send back the defective item with a note and a copy of your invoice to our returns department. They will make every effort to handle the exchange on the same day. If you have lost your invoice, please insert a note with the following information on it... your full name, address, email, phone number and approximate order date. How do I return or exchange a novelty?
Due to Department of Health regulations we are not allowed to accept, for credit or exchange, any of the novelty items sold under the title of TOYS. BACKORDERS

When will my backorder arrive?
We stock considerable overstock to ensure prompt delivery of orders. In addition our warehouse receives several deliveries a day. Unfortunately Backorders are highly dependent on the producers. Backorders will be processed as promptly as possible given product availability and market conditions. In the event an item becomes too much of a wait, we will offer you a replacement selection of titles.

Will you e-mail me regarding a backorder?
We will e-mail you regarding a back-order. You will then be expected to reply to the email indicating whether you would like to wait for your item or whether you would like a substitution to be shipped.

What if my backorder doesn't arrive or I don't want to wait anymore?
In the event that the studio or distributor is taking too long to handle the special ordered item, or an item is found to be out of print... you are welcome to choose from a special selection of titles AdultDVDExplorer Networks has in reserve (many of which are new releases or top selling videos and dvd's). Of course, in the event you don't want to choose from the selection, your order will be cancelled.

How do I cancel my membership?
Simply go the the AdultDVDExplorer Networks Membership Cancel Form and fill out all the relevant information and your account will be automatically closed. Be sure to read the notices on the cancellation form.

As a returning customer do I get a free membership?

ORDERING PROBLEMS

The BUY Button!!!!!
Be very careful about hitting the BUY button, DO NOT hit the BUY button more than once. Sometimes people get very anxious and when the hit the buy button nothing happens for a few seconds so they hit it again and again... this results in MULTIPLE charges to your Credit Card. How do I cancel an order?
An order may be cancelled only if that item is out of stock. Any order submitted through the website, if in stock, will ship immediately and cannot be cancelled. How do I return an order?
Unopened: To return an unopened package simple write "REFUSED" on it and put it in the mail (the post office will return it to us at no charge). As long as the package is unopened only a %20 restocking fee will be deducted from your credit. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Returns must be made within 30 days.

Opened: Opened packages are considered used. A 50% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Returns must be made within 30 days.
